Abiding by the concept of Equal pay for Equal work, we at the Stone Boutique are committed to provide our artisans with fair compensation regardless of their gender or ethnicity. Generally, the efforts of handicraft artisans are appreciated much often but are underpaid. Consequently, to avoid any such discrimination against our artisans we remunerate them in accordance with our fair pay policy and besides that, we tend to strictly prohibit the involvement of child labour and try to raise awareness among our artisans regarding the health and dignity of their child and their basic rights.
